What we collect

We collect your email address, name, and billing information to provide the GreenLine service. We also log DNS queries made through the VPN for the purpose of generating reports in your dashboard.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the GreenLine service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your DNS logs for advertising.

Data retention

DNS query logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. We never store plaintext passwords.
